We aim to work in partnership with the community and specialist providers rather than the traditional 'hospital model'. Working in these different settings can give staff a real opportunity to get to know their patients and the local area.

We are currently looking for Health Care Assistants (band 2) to join our supportive and established team. We are a group of professionals with the responsibility of looking after patients who have undergone surgical procedures and also those with acute /chronic health conditions.

As a health care assistant on the ward, your responsibilities would be assessing and recording patient’s vital signs, assist patients with personal care and mobility, assisting patients who need help with feeding, assessing patient’s malnutrition, escorting patients to various scans, updating food and fluid charts and more. You will be constantly providing our patients with the highest standards of care and customer service.

You will be working a mixture of day and night shifts. Experience in healthcare sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, hard-working and flexible to join our team so please try and demonstrate this on your application form.
